Your favourite, spookiest Halloween Bootcamp is back! With a vengeance for the 3rd instalment this year, the 90-min bootcamp promises lifting pumpkins instead of kettlebells and pulling nooses instead of gym rings, all topped off with a “spine-chilling” treasure hunt along the trails. Expect a scarily fun workout that blends the best of cardio and resistance training that will leave you breathless- whether with joy or with fear- you may decide.
