Luqman believes that exercise impacts our daily lives, beginning with simple movements such as walking, sitting and even carrying your bag. Not everyone is born fit but fitness is a process and a journey which we often overlook. Most of us understand the importance of exercise in our daily lives but we may not know what kind of exercise and how to optimise it. Luqman firmly believes that exercise can make your daily routine and movements more fluid. Since young, being very active in sports ranging from soccer, badminton, sprinting, canoeing, dragon boating and cheerleading has led Luqman to pursue his degree in exercise and sports science from the Edith Cowan University in Australia. With the right mindset and attitude, Luqman believes that sometimes you just need that little extra push to get you there.
